THE WORLD SCREEN(以下「本アプリ」)は、開発者がユーザーの個人を特定する情報を収集しない方針で設計されています。本アプリがデータを端末の外へ送信するのは、以下に記載する機能をユーザーが自ら操作した場合に限られます。
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先などの個人を特定する情報を収集しません。アカウント登録やログインは不要です。
本アプリは、ユーザーが表示に使う画像・動画を選ぶためだけに、端末上で写真ライブラリにアクセスします。選ばれた画像・動画は、下記「別の端末で表示する機能」を使わない限り、端末内でのみ使用・保存されます。
本アプリには、ユーザーが作成した表示内容を、その場にあるもう1台の端末で開くための機能があります。ユーザーがこの機能を明示的に実行した場合に限り、次のデータが一時的に外部のクラウドストレージ(Supabase Inc. が提供するサービス)へアップロードされます。
アップロードされたデータは、発行された短いコードを知っている端末が取得するためだけに使用されます。氏名・メールアドレス・端末識別子などの個人を特定する情報は含まれず、これらのデータから個人を特定することはありません。ユーザーがこの機能を使わない限り、アップロードは一切行われません。
本アプリ内の解説機能を開いた場合、表示する動画の一覧を当サイト(kaminendo.art)から取得します。動画そのものは YouTube(youtube-nocookie.com)の埋め込みプレーヤーで再生されます。埋め込みプレーヤーの利用には Google LLC のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。開発者は、どの動画が再生されたかを取得・記録しません。
アプリ内課金の決済は Apple が処理します。開発者はクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取らず、保存もしません。
本アプリは、広告・解析などのトラッキングを一切行いません。広告は表示しません。
上記の機能を利用した場合に限り、Supabase Inc.(クラウドストレージ)および Google LLC(YouTube 埋め込みプレーヤー)のサービスを経由します。それ以外に、ユーザーのデータを第三者へ提供・販売することはありません。
本アプリは、お子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。上記のとおり、いかなる利用者からも個人を特定する情報を収集しません。

THE WORLD SCREEN ("the app") is designed so that the developer does not collect personally identifiable information. The app sends data off your device only when you actively use the features described below.
The app does not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or contacts. No account or sign-in is required.
The app accesses your photo library on-device only, so you can select images or videos to use in your display. Selected media stays on your device unless you use the "show on another device" feature described below.
The app can open a display you created on a second device that is with you. Only when you explicitly use this feature, the following is temporarily uploaded to cloud storage provided by Supabase Inc.:
This data is used solely so that a device holding the short code can retrieve it. It contains no name, email address, or device identifier, and cannot be used to identify you. No upload occurs unless you use this feature.
When you open the in-app guide, the app fetches the list of videos from this site (kaminendo.art). The videos themselves play through the YouTube embedded player (youtube-nocookie.com); Google LLC's privacy policy applies to that player. The developer does not receive or record which videos you watch.
Payments are handled by Apple. The developer never receives or stores payment details such as card numbers.
The app performs no advertising or analytics tracking, and shows no ads.
Only when you use the features above, data passes through Supabase Inc. (cloud storage) and Google LLC (the YouTube embedded player). We do not otherwise share or sell your data to any third party.
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. As stated above, it collects no personally identifiable information from any user.
